Welcome to our community. We are glad that you took the time to visit us. The SouthFork subdivision is a family friendly community in the Conway area that is made up of 107 homes and is comprised of a community that takes great pride with knowing their fellow neighbors. Thank you for visiting.
Please stay in tune to the workings of the neighborhood. Southfork belongs to everyone and everyone needs to be involved. Each resident is 1/107th responsible for everything that happens in Southfork. Responsibility does not stop with your annual dues.
We are trying to make our neighborhood safer this year. Please join us. The best way to help make the neighborhood safe is to know your surroundings. Know your neighbors and all the cars that travel your street, if you see a car or a person you don't know, keep an eye out on them. Write down suspicious tags and notify one of the board membes so the police can follow up.

HOA Dues
All residents should have received their invoice for the annual dues. If you have any questions, call any board member for clarification. A $25 late fee will apply. Payment should be mailed to 3220 Lake George Cove Dr.
